Couldn't have chosen a better villa with lovely owners and great location we were kept up to date on local information and the owners experiences of travelling after lockdown, Jackie and family go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be. The villa was lovely and welcoming, we could hardly get the kids out of the pool, there was everything needed for a great holiday Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone searching and hopefully we can return in the future.

Just returned after spending 15 nights in this wonderful villa. Owners were easily accessible, in constant contact with the latest news regarding travel and covid rules. No question was ever too much trouble. Villa was in the perfect location for us, close to restaurants, supermarkets and the drive to Disney. Would definitely recommend.
The Holland Family
This is a fantastic 4 bedroom villa on a quiet corner spot on a lovely and well regarded golfing estate. The kitchen was very well equipped and the whole villa was clean, warm and welcoming. The pool is very private and there were lots of pool towels provided. Jackie has been extremely helpful throughout and the management company who look after the villa are also very prompt and helpful. We would love to come back and stay again in the very near future.

We cannot say enough positive things about the villa and Jackie, the owner. The villa was exactly as described and found everything to be in excellent condition. Really felt like staying in someone’s home rather than a tired and abused rental. We have stayed in several rental villas in the Orlando area and this one really stands out. Jackie provided a lot of information ahead of our trip, especially on how things are with travelling in the current Covid world we live in. We highly recommend this villa and will certainly be booking again when we are next in Orlando.

We had a great stay at this Highlands Reserve villa, ideal location just off the US27 highway with easy access to all the main sights and beaches as well as local shopping and food outlets on the doorstep, and a large Walmart only 5 minutes drive away. Nicely maintained, quiet, safe area. Villa itself was excellent, everything we needed was there. Lots of space, great private pool, very comfortable bed and quality furnishings, lovely place!
The Irvines
This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful villa. We really enjoyed the private pool as well as the clean and spacious accommodation. It is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay and perfectly situated for attractions and shops. Great speedy communication from Jackie all through the booking process and for any queries we had. Would highly recommend.

This villa is a real gem and certainly home from home . From the moment you walk in, you can see the high standard of furniture, decor and cleanliness. Everything you require is there, utensils, pool towels, pool floats, some cleaning materials left by previous guests . Pool is wonderful and the best heated pool we have had for our Dec stay due to the design of the water inlets heating the pool . Very private and sunny . Loved my daily swim, even on a drizzly morning. Jackie is a wonderful host and came back very quickly with any questions I had . The community and golf course are great . Good amenities with a Publix just up the road and Championsgate the other way. Villa is situated Disney side and about an 1 1/5 HR max commute to Clearwater and Busch Gardens. I4 is becoming busier and you will have to allow extra time for your commute to and from SeaWorld and Universal. I get off at junction 67 and go the back way down international drive south for both parks. I also use this route for the premium outlets through little lake Bryan, saves a lot if time. I thoroughly recommend this villa and will be staying here again.

We visited as a family November 2019 and could not have been happier. Jackie was a pleasure to deal with, professional and knowledgeable. The villa was fully equipped and everything perfect for the family holiday. As a villa owner, albeit with my villa in long term rental and therefore unavailable, we were so pleased to stay in somewhere of this quality. I thoroughly recommend the property to anyone seeking a high quality base for exploring the central Orlando area.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week to ring in the New Year, we certainly did not regret it! A beautiful home, very clean, lots of privacy, nice pool and Jackie was a great help with the process of booking and payment.
The Pug Family
Spent 10 days in October staying in this lovely villa. On a corner plot with hedges/fences surrounding, this meant it was pleasantly quiet with pool privacy. The villa itself was nice, clean and comfortable with all the facilities we would need. Jackie provided plenty of information ahead of arrival, ensuring we had not trouble finding and entering the villa. There are amenities nearby such as Publix, Applebees and IHOP with Walmart, Target and others not too far away. Very happy with our stay.

We have stayed in several villas in the Davenport area, and this one was great from the start. It was a real plus to have all the essential coffee/ washing up liquid etc already there, as some previous villas have been bare. The villa had everything and was very well maintained and spotless. It was easy to find just off the US27 and not far from shops/ fuel/ food/ bank and the I4, so perfectly located. The pool was just the right size for us 6 and the outside area private. Great friendly communication with the owner. It was a good price and welcoming and homely and we would definitely stay again. Thanks.

Villa was lovely and had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. It was very clean and comfortable and plenty of room for the 6 of us. The pool was very private and most welcome for cooling off after long days at Disney and beds were very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The owner was her helpful and responded to any queries we had quickly and gave us all the information we needed to find the house on arrival. Late checkout was great. Villa is close to all amenities and a short drive from Disney parks. We were sad to leave.

I have been staying in the area for holidays for over 20 years and this home is highly recommended. Very well equipped and immaculately clean on arrival with everything a family needs for a relaxing self catering break. Safe quiet neighbourhood with 18 hole golf course plus shops and restaurants very close by. Owner very easy to deal with and simple booking process. Close to US192 and Disney.
The Martins
We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks in June/July. The location is very quiet, the villa is spotlessly clean, and was well stocked with all we needed to make a most comfortable stay. It was also secluded at the pool, which was surrounded by hedges. The owner Jackie was extremely helpful filling us in with all the details we needed for the journey and many other helpful details. There was a Publix nearby , actually within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this villa.
