Q  What do you do with the personal

information I give when I book?

~  To confirm a booking we require a booking deposit of £100 per week stay, i.e. 2 weeks stay would be £200.

~  The booking deposit is part payment towards the rental.  The security deposit is refunded after your stay once our local management company has checked the property and everything is in order.

~  8 weeks before your arrival date.  Bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date we do require full payment at the time of booking.

~  For UK and US guests we prefer a bank transfer, but accept UK personal cheques.  For guests from other countries we can accept a bank draft made out in UK Pound Stirling (GBP) or PayPal. PayPal payments do incur a receiving fee charge. In all cases we must have adequate time to clear all payments. Please check our T's & C's or contact us for further information.

~  Guests can get into the villa from 4pm onwards on the day of arrival.  Guests have to vacate the villa by 10am on the day of departure.

~  As long as there are no guests arriving on the same day, we can arrange a late check-out for a small cost subject to the time you wish to leave the villa. Please let us know as soon as possible.

~  Approximately 3-4 weeks before your arrival date we will send out all the information you need, i.e. directions, maps, entry code, alarm code, local management company contact details. Note that codes are specifically for your stay.

~  No, we have plenty of bath towels.  We also have pool/beach towels that you can use outside or take out with you for the day.

~ Due to the ambient air temperature during the peak 

summer months, the pool heat will either not come on or because of the high air temperature the pool will feel cool.
