Hello and welcome to our website.

 

After many years of enjoying our vacations in Florida and many other areas in the USA, we had the opportunity to invest in a property in the Orlando area.  We knew the things that were important to us when on vacation, such as location, position of the sun for the pool area, size of rooms, facilities in the property and surrounding area and a real 'home from home' feel of the villa.  The moment we stepped into the villa we knew it was going to tick all the boxes.  That was back in 2004 and we still feel very lucky that we found the villa that has become our home in the lovely Florida sun.

Over the years we have updated many things to make it both a modern and comfortable vacation home for ourselves and our guests.  With the now mature hedge around the pool area there is complete privacy when outside enjoying a relaxing drink or having fun in the pool.  The local supermarket (Publix), Applebees and IHOP restaurants, pizza and chinese takeaways, gas station and other local shops are only a few minutes drive or a 20-25 minute stroll away.  And of course we mustn't forget the Theme Parks and all the attractions waiting to be discovered, with Disney World just 12 miles east of Highlands Reserve.
